Digital Photography is different.

Pictures are often taken only to stop any moment, to preserve the memory of the events or places where people have been - we call this genre of “Me and a palm tree.” But sometimes we want to take something that will arouse emotions regardless of the memories, I would like to make a shot, which will hang on the wall as if it opens a window into another world - where we have not been and unlikely to will. Window to the world of art.

Yes, this will be the art that you create yourself - is not Michelangelo, not Sarian not Malevitch - namely you. And why not? It is accessible to everyone.

It is those who seek to do this picture and to read our alphabet. For the photo class I and a palm tree, “all this knowledge is not needed - modern digital cameras are so easy to use and so complex in that they allow to shot ” chronicles of the life “without the slightest effort, without overloading the spiritual - and with excellent results, which can be collected in a photo album thick 10×15 cm.

How to define - the art or not?

If you look at someone else’s photo you sorry that you have not done it - it is art. Joke.

We all know well our masterpieces- just do not try to convince yourself otherwise. Some photographers so persistently trying to achieve absolute perfection, that the mere ordinary luck gets neglected. And thus impoverishes and themselves, and us. Others, on the contrary, each sees only his own snapshot with the pink filter and denies himself luxuries of critical appraisal.

If you can avoid these extremes (and the extremes are always very dangerous), it remains only to heed the inner voice. Your own. He will never disappoint you. Indeed, the main thing - that you like the photo as a creator.

And if you like the photo - it is art.
